Victorian Keepsake Candles stands behind every product we sell. If the product is defective or damaged we will replace it. All candleabras, centerpieces and wedding favors purchased are non refundable and non exchangeable and are considered a final sale due to the nature of the purchase.

Shipping
Online orders are welcome 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Phone orders placed Monday to Friday before 4 p.m. will be shipped as per customer request. A customer service representative will contact you within one business day with confirmation of your order and the status of delivery. US orders please allow 2-3 weeks for processing and timely delivery.

Same-day delivery is not available as all packages are shipped out from our
factory in London, Ontario, Canada. The next possible delivery date
(pending customs) is the next business day if:
Victorian Keepsake Candles products travelling to a business address will arrive by 12:00 noon the next business day.
Specific Day Delivery
The shipping options are 5 day standard ground, 2 Day expedited, 3 Day Express, and overnight Express if desired. If you want your product delivered on a specific day please advise your Victorian Keepsake Candle representative when they contact you to confirm the details of your order.
You may NOT specify a time of delivery for your order; this is up to your local carrier.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
A separate order must be placed for each shipping address.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Shipping to P.O. boxes is not permitted.

Packages arrive within 3 to 5 business days after your order is shipped. Delivery is subject to US customs clearance. All orders are subject to stock availability and seasonal demands. 2 day Expedited Delivery:
Packages arrive within 2 business days after your order is processed. Delivery is subject to customs clearance. All orders are subject to stock availability. Overnight Express Delivery:
Next Business day by 12:00 noon pending US customs. Packages arrive within 1 business day if you have placed your order Monday through Friday before the order deadline. We ship worldwide via UPS. The shipping prices to countries other than the United States and Mexico may not include duties and other custom fees. Delivery time varies by country.
